What this site collects

Only what you choose to send: if you submit the mentorship application or intake questionnaire, I receive the details you enter — parent and athlete names, contact information, and water polo background. Browsing the site itself requires nothing: no accounts, no analytics trackers, no advertising cookies.

How it's used

To respond to you and, if your family joins the mentorship program, to run it — scheduling, development plans, and communication. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Ever.

Athletes are minors — I treat that seriously

Information about athletes comes from and belongs to their parents or guardians. All program communication with athletes includes a parent with full visibility. Parents can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete their family's information.

The weekly planner and your Google Calendar

The My Week planner connects to a Google Calendar only when you tap Connect Google and agree on Google's own screen. Nothing you type in the planner is stored on or sent to coachslobo.com, and I cannot see your calendar unless you choose to share it with me. Your browser talks to Google directly. The page loads Google's sign-in script when it opens.

• What it can access: the list of calendars on the account (to find its own), and four calendars it creates there: Water Polo, School, Life and Daily Goals. It can read and change events only in those four. It cannot read your other calendars, your Gmail messages or anything else in the account.
• What goes into those calendars: the events, daily goals and after-practice notes you enter. They live in the Google account you connected. Anyone you share those calendars with, such as a parent or me, can read them.
• What stays in your browser: your Google sign-in, kept for up to an hour in that browser tab; the Gmail address you connected with, kept on that device until you disconnect; and whether you asked for email reminders. "Disconnect" on the planner erases the sign-in and the address, so use it on any shared or school computer.
• Reminders: pop-up and email reminders are sent by Google Calendar to the connected account, not by this site.
• Removing access or deleting: remove the planner any time in your Google Account under Security, then third-party access. Delete the four calendars in Google Calendar to delete everything the planner created. I hold no copy to delete.

Athletes under 18: a parent or guardian should know about and agree to the planner before an athlete connects it. Athletes under 13 should use a parent's Google account, connected by the parent.

The planner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That information is used only to show and update your own planner calendars, and is never transferred, sold or used for advertising.

Tools this site relies on

Forms run on Google Forms, scheduling on Calendly, and payments on Venmo — each processes what you enter there under its own privacy policy. I store program records in my own private business tools.
